At Laureate, we understand the value of education. And education is no less important for Laureate employees than it is for our students. That includes education to ensure we are all familiar with the values and principles that should guide our behavior. Ethics and compliance education is critical to maintaining our trustworthiness.
We offer ethics and compliance education in many forms, including web-based courses, in-person discussion and workshops, and brief videos and emails.
Most employees will experience ethics and compliance education via various web-based modules. Listed below are the web-based modules that the Ethics & Compliance Department currently offers, and the populations required to take them. All new hires will be asked to take all relevant courses within six months of employment. In general, all employees should take all relevant courses every two - three years, depending on the course.
Employees receive email notification when they are required to complete a module. The email directs employees to the Laureate Ethics Center, where the module can be completed.

In the LAUREATE ETHICS CENTER, employees will see a list of all modules they have taken and all they are required to take.
