We are pleased to introduce the Laureate Ethics & Compliance (E&C) Ambassador Program, a voluntary initiative that empowers employees to actively promote an ethical culture and support compliance in their daily work.
55 employees have applied to become an Ethics & Compliance Ambassador and play an active role in promoting a strong ethical culture at Laureate. In this role, selected Ambassadors will help raise awareness of compliance policies, expand the reach of ethics and compliance training programs, serve as a resource for colleagues on compliance-related questions, and promote ethical decision-making as a core component of professional responsibilities across Laureate.
To support transparency and uphold the Code of Conduct, the COI Disclosure Tool was launched in April 2025. All employees were asked to complete the Laureate Conflict of Interest Disclosure and confirm their commitment to the Code.
At Laureate, we are committed to acting in the organization’s best interests. A conflict of interest arises when personal activities or relationships interfere, or appear to interfere, with our ability to make objective decisions on behalf of Laureate.
Acting in ways that prioritize personal interests over those of the organization can harm the organization. Even the appearance of a conflict may lead others to question our fairness and judgment.
Stay In the Know: Keep track of key Ethics & Compliance dates—from disclosure deadlines and training windows, to ambassador meetups and other awareness events.
