We are pleased to announce the launch of the updated Laureate Code of Conduct and Ethics, which underscores our ongoing commitment to integrity, ethical behavior, and the values that define our organization.

At Laureate, we are dedicated to expanding access to quality higher education in Mexico and Peru. Our commitment extends beyond educational outcomes; we believe in being accountable not only for the impact we create, but forhow we achieve it. The way we operate—guided by the principles in this Code—shapes the trust we build and the lasting impact we have on our students, partners, and communities.

The Code of Conduct and Ethics serves as the foundation for fostering a professional, respectful, and accountable workplace. It outlines the principles that guide our responsibilities to one another, our students, and everyone we interact with. While it does not cover every possible scenario, it provides clear standards to help us make ethical decisions and maintain the trust we've worked so hard to build.

As part of our commitment to integrity, we all have a role to play in upholding these standards. If you are ever unsure of the appropriate course of action or if you witness behavior that seems inconsistent with our values, we encourage you to seek guidance. You can reach out to your Local Compliance Officer or use the Laureate Ethics Helpline to report concerns.
